Milkweed Tussock Moth Imago - Euchaetes egle - Female

Size: wingspan=45 mm
The adult female emerged from the cocoon on June 23, 2018 after the cocoon was overwintered indoors. I haven't found any information on how milkweed tussock moths overwinter, so this might help. The timing seemed perfect because there was abundant fresh milkweed available.
