After checking around, I'm not sure that we can rule out all of the
Long-horned Bees
. I should have recommended placement at the subfamily level, while you wait for an expert. (...definitely a female, since the males have much longer antennae.)

Did you count the antennae segments? This looks like a female, with very thick hairs on the hind legs. (...maybe
