Ken is correct regarding winged mayflies not having functioning mouthparts. As to the mayfly's ID (scientific name), I believe this female subimago to be

.

It may be attracted to the light, but it's unlikely to be hunting anything, as adults have no functioning mouthparts and do not feed. :)
