Ken is correct regarding winged mayflies not having functioning mouthparts. As to the mayfly's ID (scientific name), I believe this female subimago to be Hexagenia limbata.

Mayfly (Ephemeroptera)
It may be attracted to the light, but it's unlikely to be hunting anything, as adults have no functioning mouthparts and do not feed. :)
