Possibly D. variabilis
I don't disagree that we can't know the ID from the image, but I have positively identified dozens of D. variabilis based on spiracular plate morphology from Idler's Rest in Latah Co. They are now abundant in the area.

I was just suggesting andersoni as a broad generalization based on overall distribution. I would never definitively ID one without 'scoping it.
