Spilomyia interrupta - Spilomyia interrupta

Spilomyia interrupta - Spilomyia interrupta
Oakland, Alameda County, California, USA
June 30, 2018
Size: ~14mm
Found this Syrphid fly yesterday at the gardens at Lake Merritt, in Oakland, CA. This looks to be either Spilomyia interrupta, or Spilomyia foxleei. Are these photos enough to tell which?

Yes! There is the slight hint of a facial tubercule in this shot, which rules out foxleei; additionally, foxleei would have the anterior tibia black only on the apical fourth (vs apical 3/5 in citima and interrupta and on this fly). The shape of the markings on tergite 2 indicates interrupta vs citima.

Thanks!
