Wasp on Wild Parsnip - Eiphosoma

On Wild Parsnip in a marsh near Bogus Run - my first impression was 'carrot wasp', but then it seemed just a bit more robust than the usually wispy carrot wasp. I'm inclined to think it's an ichneumon, but that doesn't narrow it down much. All four photos are the same individual.
