Willow or Willow Oak?
Host plant might be willow (Salix sp.) or willow oak (Quercus phellos): long, narrow blade with prominent midvein. Medlock Bridge is a small National Park Service access to the Chattahoochee River near Duluth, Georgia; its location along the river would likely contain habitat for these species.
