Tons of tiny bugs on corn - Female

Size: 1mm?
Bought some corn at the grocery store and when I picked up one ear to husk it, I found a ton of these tiny bugs on it. Are they ticks?! Should I be worried?

Moved from ID Request.

Not ticks - I only see 6 legs
Not ticks - I only see 6 legs on the ones I can make out. Most likely aphids of some sort, nothing to worry about other than being annoying on your fresh produce :^)

Frassed as no further ID is possible. Sorry this spent so long in the queue!

Hind femora aren't swollen on any of the ones I can see, plus I'm seeing variation in sizes which makes me think of a hemimetabolous insect.
