Reminds Me of an Emerald But It Is Brown - Nemoria bistriaria

The delicacy and translucence of the wings reminds me of an Emerald, but it is brown! Help with ID appreciated.

.... and a super photo of the spring form. Later indivuals will be the more-expected green versions. You may actually see both forms at the same time, just to add to the confusion.
