This is the second one of these I have seen in 4 years. What is it?

Dobsonfly for sure, but there is more than one possibility in TX.

Thank you! I'm 61 and this is the 2nd one I have ever seen. Interesting insect in a creepy sort of way.

Looks like Corydalus cornutus
to me. But I am not expert.
