Gypsy moth egg parasite? - Lymantria dispar - female

Gypsy moth egg parasite? - Lymantria dispar - Female
Highland Falls, Orange County, New York, USA
Located Gypsy moth females on the same tree on the same date as last year. Noticed in the photo that what appears to be an ant is located on the egg mass being laid by the moth. Is this a possible egg predator? Id of the insect?

Ooencyrtus kuvanae
Could also be an Ooencyrtus kuvanae

Yes
That might be correct.

Possibly Anastatus…
There are several species of this parasitic wasp that attack the egg masses of the Gypsy moth. Can't confirm without more of a close-up, but you can compare here. Anastatus is also ant-like in appearance.
