Would be kept in the guide but since it documents Alabama, which is known to have the species present, it can be kept until higher resolution photos from Alabama are posted.

Welcome to Bugguide, John. Great to find another contributor from Alabama Gulf Coast. I think your ID looks good. This is definitely Argyria, but I'm going to let someone more familiar with species to make that call. When posting moths, you can really help editors and other contributors by:
• Crop to just the moth
• Check either Adult or Immature at the bottom of Submit Image page
