Dromogomphus spinosus??
This dragonfly is very teneral, recently emerged as an adult, but it looks like Black-shouldered Spinyleg.

I just submitted another ID r
I just submitted another ID request that has a photo I took a little earlier - possibly of the same individual as it is emerging from its exuvium. The other ID request is called "same as 'Gomphus-like dragonfly'??"
