Sunira verterata (9960)
This moth is like the photos in the Moth Photographers Group. All the wavy lines, small dots, and dashes are correct. Since I do not have this species in my collection, feel free to sent me some next November. If you use bait, you should find dozens of individuals.

sallow?
I'm not sure, but you could try looking at Sunira bicolorago - Bicolored Sallow - Hodges#9957.

I agree
This is most likely Sunira bicolorago, as verberata is a western species which doesn't appear to have a distribution reaching as far east as Arkansas. The two are generally indistinguishable by appearances.
