Assuming the host you mention is correct, the literature suggests only one known chalcid association, that being Eupelmus pulchriceps, which has a wide distribution, and is also present in North Carolina. There are similar-looking genera, however, including Anastatus and Brasema, which this female could belong to as well, where the associations may just be unknown to scientists at this time.
