Black body with golden accents, bright yellow legs. Found in my greenhouse that has strawberries.

Calm demeanor, after i startled it it stayed on my shirt until i removed it.

Yellow legs & more indicate Eulonchus
Yes, definitely Eulonchus...subtler aspects in form of the antennae and wing venation also separate this from Ogcodes (though at first glance sometimes the two genera can appear very similar).
