Tiny bee on Tigridia - Halictus - female

Tiny bee on Tigridia - Halictus - Female
6 miles NW Lyons, Boulder County, Colorado, USA
July 7, 2018
Size: estimated 4-5 mm
This tiny bee is collecting pollen on the hind femur on an exotic tiger lily (Tigridia sp) in the CO foothills at about 6400' elevation. The bee seems to have a apical hair bands. The last tergum is notched.I could not photograph wing venation. I will post two other images. I suspect genus Helictus? Any help is much appreciated.
