Small Cicada??? - Vanduzea triguttata

Small Cicada??? - Vanduzea triguttata
Tracys Landing, Anne Arundel County, Maryland, USA

Not sure how to create a link but wanted you to see this.
This creature is perhaps also a Vanduzea arquata as the one in the link below perhaps is? Both creatures were on a black locust tree or vine right next to a black locust tree.

Vanduzea
the one in the link is, yes. But in the photo above, there is a third pale mark in the middle of the elytra, which indicates (to me) that this is triguttata.

Maybe I am not crazy after all...
This creature I remember as being larger, perhaps fatter, and perhaps more independent as no ants were attending to it. This one decided it didn't want to be photographed and flew/jumped/transported itself elsewhere. The number on the photograph means I took it with my cell phone which means I had to get really close to take the picture. The V. arquata were small and being tended by ants. While the pictures posted were from my big camera, I did take other pictures with my cell phone and they were not at all interested.

The not cropped picture also seems to show this creature as being on vines in close proximity to the black locust tree, rather than on the tree branches.
