Possibly Dasyutilla lepeletierii
This species looks like D. lepeletierii to me. It is widespread east of the Rocky Mountains. It could be something else, but it doesn't seem to have tubercles on its head, and seems to have both a scutellar scale and a carina anterior to the scale.
