Sifted from litter beside a small stream in mixed hardwood-pine forest, on slope above Passage Creek.

Identity confirmed by Margaret Thayer, who examined this specimen during StaphMeeting 2018 at Clemson University.

Sorry about the awful picture. This one will hopefully get the star treatment it deserves someday.
