Those spots on the elytra make it look a lot like my Banded Hickory Borer, Knulliana cincta:

After I looked up Knulliana cincta I see I had posted a Virginia photo some months ago!

What fooled me this time was the antennal length, which in Yanega's book seems not much longer than body length. Maybe a gender or individual difference.
