These little bugs keep coming through our screens and into our home. We get an outdoor treatment yearly and it doesn't seem to affect these little bugs.

Collembola or springtails. They have a "tail" that folds up underneath them and can propel them a long way if you try to disturb them. They are common in soil all around the world. Not anything to really worry about too much.
