Hadromyia.
Hadromyia.

Hadromyia pulchra has a white dusted transverse suture which is difficult to see here but the hairs on the dorsum look dark so I am tending toward pulchra. I have sent it to Dr. Martin Hauser who is more familiar with this genus.
