Size: ~1.8mm
this one now keys to C. minutum (Fabricius), which Downie and Arnett state is an old introduction to NAmer. Key characteristics include punctate vice longitudinal grove scutellum, pronotal punctures not connected into longitudinal lines (C. subtile) (the long blond decombant seta and their shadows sometimes appear similar to these lines), elytra stria 6 fused with 7 noticeable as doubling of strial punctures toward base, and lateral intervals not costate, punctate in the same way as median intervals on basal 1/2.
