Small silver mark on the central HW. I think it looks like a "v" but some say it looks like a "j":
This mark can be very hard to see in some.
Looks very fresh. Summer brood flies beginning in July (Cech & Tudor, 2005).

I took a second look at this one. This butterfly does not appear to have the typical Polygonia comma mark on the underside of the hind wing. I think it might actually be a Compton Tortoiseshell, Nymphalis l-album, although not as strongly-marked as typical examples.

I would love to hear what others think.
