Eriocampa juglandis? - Eriocampa juglandis

Eriocampa juglandis? - Eriocampa juglandis
Ranger / Oakman, Gordon County, Georgia, USA
July 11, 2018
Two of these interesting larvae were on the undersides of leaves, their white "tendrils" wiggling oh so slightly. One fell off of a leaf whilst I was photographing and all of the white stuff disintegrated! You can see the actual larva in those photos!

At the edge of a dense mixed hardwood/coniferous forest in NW Georgia (Gordon County), US.
