Fire Ant
Looks like a Solenopsis, likely S. invicta given their prevalence, but without considerably more detail on clypeus I don't think we'll know for sure. I can't quite make out the antennal club to enough detail to confirm it's 2 segments, but everything else screams fire ant to me so I'll stick with Solenopsis.
Hope you weren't stung in pursuit of getting this shot - not the wisest choice to take a picture on your hand till you know what you're dealing with :)
