Northern Flatid? Citrus Flatid? - Flatormenis proxima

Northern Flatid? Citrus Flatid? - Flatormenis proxima
Malden, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, USA
July 15, 2018
For my area, I think this is probably either a Northern Flatid Planthopper (Flatormenis proxima) or a Citrus Flatid Planthopper (Metcalfa pruinosa). Does anyone know how to tell the difference between their nymphs or could it be something else? Thanks!
