Moved due to the following:
From Matthew Kenne (https://bugguide.net/node/view/2032857/bgimage)
"Marks used to separate Midwest P. costastriata/consobrinana/seamansi: costastriata has uninterrupted fine striate lines along costa from base to apex; seamansi has dark median fascia continuous to postmedian band, and striate and triangulate markings alternating along costa from median band to apex; consobrinana has dark squarish patch mid-costa not connected to postmedian band, and costal strigulae well defined from median fascia to apex, obscure from base to mid-costa."

Note: "dark squarish patch mid-costa not connected to postmedian band" - indicates P. consobrinana

MPG
Just added your image to MPG. I reviewed the literature, and I agree with Matthew Kenne's assessment. I moved a lot of images out of costastriata, most originally added erroneously by myself. Thanks!
