tan fuzzy eggs layed underside of Avocado tree leaves

tan fuzzy eggs layed underside of Avocado tree leaves
Baton Rouge, Louisiana, USA, East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana, USA
July 16, 2018
Size: 0.5 mm
I found abt 15 pathches of these eggs under the leaves of my avocado tree. In the past month I have seen a similar patch of eggs (not sure if the same) hatch worm-like bugs which seem to use silks to drop off the leaf. The worms were about 1-2 mm in length. These patches continue to be placed. Rather aggressive laying habits so it must be a relatively bigger bug, possibly one that flies bc it happens overnight and on leaves top to bottom.
