Found in an extensive bog system. Black spruce swamp nearby. Tamarack, balsam fir, red maple, oaks, eastern hemlock, and white pin growing in the vicinity. Sphagnum mat mostly composed of herbaceous plant species and leatherleaf

Bog Copper
Lycaena epixanthe. Perfect habitat for this species. Did you notice any cranberry? That's the larval host plant.
