Minnesota Valley National Wildlife Refuge--Rapids Lake Unit, Carver County, Minnesota, USA
June 22, 2018
Collected during a bioblitz with the USFWS. I was surprised to find this very pink Dictynid under my microscope back in my lab (not as pink in this picture). Pink coloration is one of the characteristics highlighted by Chamberlin & Gertsch, 1958. E. florens is the only other species in the group and is only known from FL. Stack of 30 images.
