Sorry for the confusion but we got there in the end. It is a variablle species and this is untypical.

Having a second look at this
Having a second look at this one, I have sent it to Dr. Martin Hauser.
The scutellum looks as if has yellow edging rather than whole scutellum and the hind tibia looks rather bowed. The back of the eye shows an angle which now makes me think Toxomerus geminatus but the abdomen doesn`t look quite right. The hind femur has unusual marking too,?????
