At time of posting, there was only one BG image of this aphid species from Arizona
Found on the terminals of an ornamental plant (not oleander)

What was the host plant?
These are probably oleander aphid but none of them are adults.

 
I didn't keep the plant label
and have no idea what species it might be. I'm hoping the store will offer this plant again so I can find out its name.

 
Ok!
I’ll move the pics to oleander aphid since it’s a good data point. I don’t know of any other aphid that is this bright yellow and black but if you find out the host plant let me know!

 
A friend told me
that this plant is a milkweed, Asclepias sp. (bought at Home Depot).
