Red & White Bug - Neoclytus senilis

Red & White Bug - Neoclytus senilis
Ocala, Marion County, Florida, USA
July 21, 2018
Size: 0.5 in
The striking red & white contrast caught my eye. Individual was on upper twig of a pile of debris hickory branches that had been sitting there for a week or so. Body appears soft so I was thinking maybe immature specimen but it also looks like it has wing cases with some of one wing sticking out; very end of wing cases appear damaged.

Dorsal shot?
Did you take a photo of the beetle from above?

I do
Give me a couple minutes to crop & shrink. The bug conveniently hasn't moved and the short rain made him switch to the bottom of the twig so I got an angle for its backside.
