Bombus - Bombus sonorus - female

Bombus - Bombus sonorus - Female
Hillsboro, Sierra County, New Mexico, USA
July 21, 2018
Could this be B. pennsylvanicus? Also, if anyone recognizes the host plant. It is an ornamental planting, so I am unsure if it is native to the region, but it was covered in these bumble bees.

Hmmm...
... or maybe Species Bombus sonorus - the Sonoran Bumble Bee; see here: (1)'

Nice photos!

Thanks!
B. sonorus did not even occur to me for some reason. It sure looks like the strongest candidate.
