Small Resting Wasp
Pacific Heights Neighborhood , Saskatoon and Area, Saskatchewan, Canada

I was initially getting pictures of a Female Flower Crab Spider that has been in the same curled leaf a few days when I notice this wasp resting on a leaf very close by. When I focus that camera on it it did not linger long but it did seem reluctant to leave the vicinity.
This was the clearest photo, am looking for ID and whether it's species commonly parasites Crab Spiders.

Eulophid (female)…
Eulophids attack a wide range of hosts including mites, spiders, and even nematodes.
