Stink Bug eggs?
It looks like yours, even the shape of the mass, but mine have tiny spines, so it's probably a different species of stink bug.

well im not sure
well im not dure but I will keep a check on it and reaserch.I'm 13 so i cant say good scientific names.But i will keep a constant research.
