Orange Damselfly - Ischnura ramburii - female

Orange Damselfly - Ischnura ramburii - Female
Gainesville, Alachua County, Florida, USA
July 24, 2018
Size: about an inch
The damselfly seemed to have parasites on it or could they be eggs? Thorax had one broad dorsal stripe. Abdomen was light blue with a black dorsal stripe and yellowish segment separations. I hope i used the correct terminology.

Moved from ID Request.

Looks to be
young female Ischnura ramburii with mites on the thorax - maybe just phoretic.
