Enallagma exsulans/divagans (female)

I think that your ID of E. exsulans is possibly correct but I don't understand how to separate this species from the female E. divagans.

Looks more like Ischnura verticalis.

Ken, can you explain the presence of an eye bar rather than spots. It was the eye bar that threw me off or away from the Eastern Forktail. Thanks, Mary
