I stand corrected
Mockford says, the markings are there but light. He thinks it's P. californicus. I think I'll send him this specimen to be sure.

I think this is Philotarsus kwakiutl Mockford 1951
The forewing pigment pattern is different from P. californicus. I'll send to Mockford for verification.
