Size: 12.5 mm
Caught in riffle area of small river swimming with about fifty more that appeared to be identical. ID made by comparing images on Bugguide, in particular the ventral views, also note overall body shape, shape of elytral apices, size, range and habitat. As always other opinions, whether they be corrections or verification, are much appreciated.
