Fly with partly clear abdomen - Zelia - male

Fly with partly clear abdomen - Zelia - Male
Monongahela, Washington County, Pennsylvania, USA
July 11, 2018
Size: Less than 3/4 inch
Fly was stuck in our breezeway, probably entered through one of many holes in the screen. The area is surrounded by mature trees and flowering plants, a makeshift watering hole for insects (a plastic frisbee filled with fresh water daily), and I do have some vegetable composting about 100 feet from the area. (But, I've never seen one of these anywhere near that.)

It might be this species, but I'm not sure. Hold on for an expert.
