Paraproba cincta
Thank you so much. For my education what are the criteria that lead you to ID this Miridae as Paraproba cincta?

The shape
The shape of the head is different from Blepharidopterus. Your bug has relatively small eyes so that the distance between the eyes compared with the diameter of an eye is much larger. In addition, the anterior margin of the head of your bug is relatively rounder.
