Hi, Mac. Yours may be the earliest post for this species, which finally got its own page just a month ago. The black stripe on the face nails the ID.

 
Another new species for the guide!
Thanks for the update Ron. This must of been one of the first insect macros that I shot after receiving my now long gone 90mm macro lens. I can imagine my general purpose lens pulling this off.
