Orange Ant with Aphids - Formica
Beaver Creek Conservation Area, Saskatoon and Area, Saskatchewan, Canada

These orange-brown ants were tending to their aphid farm.

When I started taking photos they notice right away and scramble. One of the ants kept doing this weird bending/yoga-like thing and one trying to almost reach out towards the camera.
