Neophyllura? - Neophyllura arctostaphyli

Neophyllura? - Neophyllura arctostaphyli
Sites-Lodoga Road, 3.2 miles W Sites, Colusa County, California, USA
July 31, 2018
Size: ca 3 mm
I swept this richly patterned red psyllid from a roadside plant with pale gray-green leaves and hairy leaves and stems (will post link to pics of shrub soon) - also beat similar psyllid from Quercus at same location. In addition to oak trees and weedy roadside grasses and herbs, there were numerous manzanita shrubs at this spot. Both collected for CM.

Neophyllura arctostaphyli
A nicely patterned one, representing the bifasciata form. The other one you posted is the "typical" form, without pale patches on the forewing.
