Cinara
A few species feed on limber pine and they're tough to distinguish from pictures, usually need a slide mounted specimen and even then it can still be tough!

I see you have several photographs from limber pine on the same day, were these aphids all together in a big group relatively close? If so we can link all the images, some look a little different but might be different morphs of the same species.
