Psorophora howardii
Very similar to the slightly larger Ps. ciliata but without a golden stripe down the center of the thorax. Slightly thinner proboscis with palpi that span almost half of its length. I usually feel that the contrast of silver and black is stronger on Ps. howardii because Ps. ciliata usually has a bit of orange on the thorax.

No problem. I've been doing a lot of mosquito work in my corner of Maryland. I don't see many Ps. howardii, yours are some of the best photos I've seen!
