Squareheaded wasp - Crossocerus impressifrons

Squareheaded wasp - Crossocerus impressifrons
Doylestown, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, USA
August 2, 2018
These little wasps live in holes in the wood of my old swing set. I usually only see their faces looking out at me from their holes so I was excited to find this one inside after hitching a ride on my shirt.
